PETA activists boo animals at the zoo for wearing fur

In a chaotic scene at the San Diego Zoo early this morning, PETA activists descended upon the tiger, cheetah and leopard enclosures, hurling insults, booing and throwing red paint on the animals in protest of them wearing fur. “It’s absolutely disgusting and insensitive for these animals to parade themselves around in fur and think it’s ok”, said Malcolm Stirling of PETA. The activists then super-glued themselves to the train tracks of the zoo locomotive, derailing what was meant to be a pleasant outing for all visitors.
